Once you have chosen
your preferred property and/or venue. Group Travel Plus will oversee
the event and act as a liaison to the venue and chosen vendors.
GTP will provide contract negotiations, price negotiation, and contract
review. For the duration of the event, GTP will provide an On Site
Manager to be allocated as the 'go to' person, responsible for dealing
with any impromptu - related requests/requirements and problem solving
any unforeseen issues that might arise.
